Terms and Conditions
We do our best to accommodate everyone's needs by clearly communicating service standards and product expectations in advance. For Pockets realizes there are limitations to what we can reasonably achieve, and we know there are no guarantees that our products will fit your pocket pet's specific needs. But rest assured that we'll always do our very best to please you.
Shipping and Delivery: You have various shipping options available at ForPockets.com. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, depending on the particular carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds: Return items within 15 days for a full refund or exchange if in original (unused) condition. Customer covers return shipping unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
Pricing and Payment: Prices include sales taxes and are subject to change. We accept credit/debit cards and online PayPal payments. Prices at the time of order are honored.
Privacy Policy: Your personal information is used ONLY for processing your order and improving your experience. We NEVER share your information without your prior consent.
Intellectual Property: All website content is owned by For Pockets and protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Safety: We have learned a lot about producing safe products ever since we began serving the pocket pet community back in 1997. We are diligent about using safe raw materials, avoiding loose threads that can snag tiny toes, and testing new products on our own family's pocket pets well BEFORE we offer these items in our For Pockets store. For safety questions, please contact us.
Wholesale Inquiries: We encourage retailers to contact us with wholesale inquiries. We want to make it convenient and cost-effective to resell our wonderful products. It is a great way to stock retail shelves, and it is a fantastic way to promote our business at ForPockets.com!
Payment Methods: We accept Credit / Debit Cards and PAYPAL online or by phone. We also accommodate offline payments (Checks and Money Orders) via mail to our office address.
By shopping with us, you agree to these terms. We may update them, so please check regularly.
Thank you for choosing For Pockets!
